Course Description

QuickBooks is the best-selling small business accounting program on the market. The beauty of Quickbooks is that you don’t have to have any accounting background to use it. It can be used by real estate investors, who after all are small business owners, who have no prior experience in bookkeeping and accounting practices.

If you are an investor, you can use QuickBooks to do at least some of your own bookkeeping; significantly reducing your business expenses and giving you an ongoing picture of your finances.

This video tutorial will walk you through the entire QuickBooks process for an investor. It covers the most basic info on how to set up your accounts to the more difficult issues of tracking the asset for depreciation purposes. If you have investment property that you would like to track in QuickBooks this is the tutorial for you.
