Stuart Gethner was born in Chicago to a family of real estate professionals. His undergraduate degree and graduate degree were in the field of Business and Pharmacology. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona over 25-years ago and as a true entrepreneur Stuart started three different, very profitable, independent pharmacies. So, for some years he has focused all is attention on his Real Estate investment practice. He sold all three companies, which are still in business today.

As a successful real estate investor, Stuart wanted to share his knowledge with others and started teaching real estate courses for the state association, Arizona Real Estate Investors Association (AZREIA). In addition Stuart is currently a Senior Instructor at the Commercial Real Estate Institute where he has taught on 10 DIFFERENT real estate subjects that over 5,000 STUDENTS have attended. Stuart and his wife Stephanie reside in Scottsdale, Arizona and has one son, two daughters, four dogs and a head of horses.
